📦 Delivery to the European Union, USA & Rest of the World

  • Royal Mail International Tracked – Available at checkout for EU, USA, and Rest of World destinations

📦 Important Shipping & Customs Update for USA Customers

Due to recent U.S. Government shipping regulations, all UK‑based orders sent to the USA via Royal Mail now require:

  • A valid email address, and
  • A full U.S. telephone number including area code

Please ensure these details are included in the Contact section at checkout to avoid delays.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

U.S. Customs may apply import duties or handling fees, even on low‑value items.
For silver jewellery, the estimated tariff rate is currently around 15.5% of the item value, though this may vary.

These charges are:

  • Determined independently by U.S. Customs
  • Not included in your order total
  • The responsibility of the recipient

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

📦 Undeliverable Parcels (Non‑Collection, Incorrect Address & Return‑to‑Sender)

If a delivery attempt is made and the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, a delivery notice will be left and/or tracking will be updated. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the courier’s stated timeframe.

A parcel will be classified as undeliverable if it is returned to us due to:

  • Non‑collection
  • Refusal of delivery
  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

When an order is returned to us as undeliverable, you may choose:

1. Reshipment

A new postage fee must be paid before the parcel is resent.

2. Refund

We will refund the item cost only, minus the original shipping fees and packaging costs, which are non‑refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

Return‑to‑Sender Fees

If the courier charges a return‑to‑sender fee, this cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

No Response

If we contact you regarding an undeliverable parcel and do not receive a response within 14 days, the order will be automatically refunded in accordance with the above terms.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
