3.4 Gift cards issued by The Silver Bear Company are valid for two years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. They may be redeemed online or at live events against eligible products but cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, and any remaining balance must be used before the expiry date. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website.


5. Delivery

5.1 We offer free tracked delivery on all jewellery orders within the UK. An upgraded post is available, and prices for posts to the USA and Europe.
5.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy.
6.2 The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition.


7. Warranty

7.1 We provide a warranty for our products to ensure they are free from defects in material and workmanship.
7.2 The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
7.3 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

14. Undeliverable Parcels

14.1
If a delivery attempt is made and the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, a delivery notice will be left and/or tracking will be updated. Responsibility for arranging redelivery or collection lies with the customer once a delivery attempt has been made.

14.2
If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the courier’s holding period, the parcel may be returned to us. Returned parcels due to non‑collection, refusal, or an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout are classified as undeliverable parcels.

14.3
Where an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you by email. You may choose either:
(a) Reshipment – A new postage fee must be paid before the parcel is resent; or
(b) Refund – We will refund the item cost only, minus the original shipping fees and the packaging costs, which are non‑refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

14.4
If the courier charges a return‑to‑sender fee, this cost will be deducted from any refund issued. This includes international returns where carriers apply additional handling or return charges.

14.5
If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of contacting you about an undeliverable parcel, the order will be automatically refunded in accordance with clause 15.3(b).

14.6
We are not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer at checkout.


15. Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of 07 April 2026.
